Billy W. Bailey, 73 JONESBORO Billy W. Bailey, 73, of Jonesboro died Thursday, Thursday, July 21, 2005, at Ridgecrest Nursing Center in Jonesboro where he resided. Born in Hardin, Mo., Mr. Bailey lived several years in Mountain Mountain Home before moving to Jonesboro six years ago. He was a retired distribution manager for National Gypsum. Following his retirement from National Gypsum, he operated Home Decorating Decorating Center in Mountain Home for 12 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Jonesboro. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orbie Ceora Bailey and Hazel Kemerer Bailey. Survivors include his wife, Yulanda Smith Bailey of the home; four daughters, Cathy Bailey of Mountain Home, Terri Hill of Kansas City, Mo., Dottie Smalley of Merrimac, N.H., and Judy Fogg of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; one sister, Norma Baker of Richmond, Mo.; and seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul United United Methodist Church in Jonesboro with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro. No visitation is scheduled.
