He was credited with six days already served. Simon S. Sullivan, 35, Gainesville, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $75 for driving on a suspended driver's license.

He was credited with one day already served. Michael White, 40, Henderson was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $75 for driving on a suspended driver's license. Bethany Williams, 22, Flip-pin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for her eighth probation violation. District court for Baxter County was held Nov. 8 and 10, 2011 before Judge Van Gearhart.

Of the 245 cases against 158 defendants, 133 were for various traffic violations, 64 were for contempt, 11 were for alcohol related offenses, 10 were for hot checks, six were for domestic battery, five were for drug related offenses, four were for domestic assault, four were for criminal mischief, four were for disorderly conduct, three were for terroristic threatening, and one was for criminal trespass.
