A Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Casimir's Catholic Church in Hammond, with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City, Ill. Visitation will be from noon-9 p.m. today at Roller Funeral Home with family receiving friends 6-8 p.m.

A Vigil Service will be 7 p.m. today at Roller Chapel. Mrs. Jendreas was born April 11, 1924, in Hammond to Leonard and Anna Szrom Gobek. On Jan.

6, 1946, she married Joseph Jendreas in Hammond. She moved to Mountain Home six years ago from Hammond. She was a retired registered nurse and member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and Council of Catholic Women. Survivors are three sons, Gregory (Wendy) Jendreas of Laguna and Hills, Joel of (Donna)' Jendreas of Dolores Mountain Home, Bruce Jendreas a sister, of Griffith, eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; cousins George and Theresa Pastove of Mountain Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a brother, Leonard; and a sister, Antoinette. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks. Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home. Yingling, 83 A service for Mary M. Yingling, 83, of Horseshoe Bend will be private. Ms. Yingling died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007.

Arrangements are by Kirby Family Funeral and Cremation Services. James P. Theriot 60 A Funeral Mass for James P. Theriot 60, of Mountain Home will be 10 a.m. today at St.

Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Mr. Theriot died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007. He is survived locally by his wife, Paula Theriot.

Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home. Earlean 'Nancy' Nelsen, 62 BULL SHOALS A celebration of life for Earlean "Nancy" Nelsen, 62, of Cotter will be 10 a.m. Jan. 5 at Grace Baptist Church in Gassville. Mrs.

Nelsen died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007. She is survived locally by her husband, Bill Nelsen, and one son, Schuyler Nelsen. Arrangements are by Twin Lakes Cremation Society and Funeral Home. Jerry Vee Brooks, 51 A service for Jerry Vee Brooks, 51, of West Plains, will be private.

Ruth Sutherland, 87 SALEM A service for Ruth Sutherland, 87, of Camp will be 2 p.m. today at Cox-Blevins Funeral Home. Ms. Sutherland died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007.

Twila M. Leuty, 84 A funeral for Twila M. Leuty, 84, of Mountain Home will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Kirby Family Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m.

Sunday at the funeral home. Ms. Leuty died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007. She is survived locally by her sister-in-law, Dolores Baker.

The suit alleges a group that calls itself The American Veterans Coalition, based in Washington state, has conducted Drew T. Bonner, 63 BULL SHOALS Drew T. Bonner, 63, of Mountain Home passed away Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, at Care Manor.

Services and burial are private. A lifetime resident of Baxter County, Drew was born June 14, 1944. He was a graduate of University of Arkansas and a former teacher i in the Mountain Home school system. Drew Bonner is survived by three sisters, Bonner Jacky Raney, Jan (Vince) Yurkowski and Estella Hoffman, all of Salesville; and his and his cousin, Richard Sheid, both of Mountain was preceded in death by his parents, Jack a sister, Ima Nell; and his grandparents, Sheid and Sidney (Estella) Hutcheson. She married Harry A. Robertson in September 1930 at Wheeling, W. Va. She was a homemaker and lived in Gassville for three years, moving from Baden, Pa. Lillian Gulley is survived by her daughters, Janet Beckman of Traverse City, Mich.

and Carol (Jim) Loitz, Donna (Joe) Iris and Patty L. (Carroll) Allen, all of Mountain Home; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; stepson Jack Robertson of Cabot; stepdaughters, Betty Robertson of Mountain Home and Elva Davison of South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Robertson; her parents; two sons; one daughter; one brother; and five sisters. Burial will be at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with James Loitz, Carol Loitz, Robin Rorie, Steven Allen, Steven Pfisterer and Mark Loitz as pallbearers. Lillian Gulley died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, in Gassville at age 94. Lillian Gulley was born Wednesday, Feb. 19, 1913, in Allegheny County, the daughter of Edgar Steven Hutchinson and Adlide Gulley Larry Lee Pollard, 62 Larry Lee Pollard, 62, of Mountain Home passed away Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, a at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at East Side Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Michael Shy officiating. He was born June 18, 1945, in Springfield, to Clarence Thomas and Beatrice R.

(Freeman) Pollard. Mr. Pollard married Cecilia Smothers Allen Nov. 19, 2002, in Yellville. He was a retired phlebotomist.

Mr. Pollard is survived by his wife, Cecilia "Polly" Pollard of the home, one stepson, James Robert Allen and wife, Annie, of Summit; two stepdaughters, Gail Rogers and husband, Bill, and Tracy Barnes and husband, Brad, of Windsor, seven stepgrandchildren; one -granddaughter; one brother, Rodney Pollard and wife, Evelyn, of Flippin; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death his parents, six brothers and three sisters. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.

McDaniel says the coalition collected $3.5 million from donors nationwide from 2004-2006. The funds were to be used to help veterans, but McDaniel claims only about 1 percent of the money was used to assist veterans. Man injured after police car run A Mountain Home man suffered a fractured foot after a city police car hit him while he was crossing the street in the dark. About 7 p.m. Wednesday, Lyndon Bookart, 40, was crossing Cardinal Street near the intersection of U.S. Highway 62 East when he was hit by a patrol car driven by Sgt. Brian Corbett, according to a Mountain Home police crash report.

Corbett was turning left onto Cardinal Drive from the highway and did not see Bookart, who was wearing dark clothing, according to the report. It also was raining at the time, according to the report. Bookart was struck in the hip by the car's side mirror, according to the report. Bookart refused medical treatment, although he showed signs of slight injury, according to the report. Bookart later went to the hospital, where he was treated for a fractured foot, police said.

Suspect arrested in LR slaying LITTLE ROCK (AP) Little Rock police have arrested a suspect in the slaying of a man outside a nightclub on Dec. 1. Police spokesman Lt. Terry Hastings said Thursday that John Jackson, 25, of Little Rock is charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of DeMarion Morton, 26 outside the Elevations Night Club. Morton was found lying face down in the street and had been shot several times.

He was pronounced dead at a hospital. Hastings says witness interviews led police to develop Jackson as a suspect. From submitted, wire reports LOTTERY JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. The lawsuit also claims the group did not keep promises to provide care packages to veterans staying in VA hospitals. The group also failed to provide promised money to veterans memorials, as promised, in Arkansas and elsewhere, McDaniel said.

The case filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court seeks to stop the group from further deceptive fundraising, to recover funds wrongfully acquired by the company and its owners, and to impose civil penalties for the violation of Arkansas laws, McDaniel said.
