The funeral was conducted Tuesday at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in West Plains, and interment was in the Mint Springs Cemetery, near Lanton, Mo. Kleetis Kelley, Yellville man Kleetis L. Kelley, 42, a Yellville resident and a five- month Marion County resident, died Sunday of last week at Marion County Hospital.

He was a self-employed carnival booth operator, a Baptist, and a veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Kelley was born Dec. 21, 1934, in Milacka, to Elmer Kelley and the former, late Bernice Hurley. He married the former Mae Lee, who survives him.

Other survivors are three sons, Gary Kelley of San Diego, William and Richard Kelley of Minneapolis, his father, Elmer Kelly of Milacka; a sister, Mrs. Leona Osborn of Milacka. Graveside services were held Thursday at the DeSoto Cemetery officiated by Rev. Roy Dunn. Arrangements were handled by Holt-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.

Lawrence of San Diego, and Mrs. Adaline Pritchard of Dothan, Ala. No services were held, as Mrs. Smith's body was donated to science at the University of Arkansas Sciences Campus in Little Rock. Clark Dickinson, two-year resident Clark Drewry Dickinson, 79, a resident of Mountain Home and a retired service station attendant, died Thursday at his residence.

He was born Oct. 25, 1898, in Pike County, to the late Clark Alexander Dickinson and the former Matty Bell Drewry. He married the former Bertha Wright on June 9, 1928. They moved here two years ago from Dallas, Tex. Surviving are his wife of the home; two daughters, Mrs.

Nancy Newlin of Plainsfield, and Mrs. Susan Henry of Ventura, a brother, Hoke Dickinson of Paris, one sister, Mrs. Pauline Carter of Makin, and nine grandchildren. Memorial services were held Saturday at the First Christian Church, officiated by Rev. Robert Bell.

Cremation took place at Crestlawn Cemetery in Conway. Local arrangements were handled by Roller Funeral Home. George E. Spoor of West Plains George Edwin Spoor, 70, of West Plains, died there on Sunday. He was the brother of Luther Spoor of Norfork, and the son of the late George Eugene and Etta Fickel Spoor.

Born Feb. 26, 1906, at Troy, he had lived in West Plains for the past several years, and was a member 19, 1883. She was married in 1904 in Yellville, to the late J. P. Poynter.

Two sons, three sisters, and three brothers preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, Hoy Poynter of Cotter, and Lee Poynter of Mountain Home; two daughters, Mrs. Maye Swearingen of Bridgeport, and Mrs. Lena Herron of Gassville; one sister, Mrs. Orpha Coplin; six grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren.

Services were held Tuesday at the Gassville Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Don Faith. Honorary pallbearers were Hiram Byrd Leonard Cox, Roy Finley, Rex Bayless, Howard Baker, and W. W. Dickerson.

Pallbearers were Andrew Houser, Howard McFarland, Gene Baker, Ed Pinkston, Ray Byrd and Van Thomas Sr. Interment took place at Gassville Cemetery, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Osburn infant dies at Conway Miss Leasha Kay Osburn, the two-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dale A.

Osburn of Mayflower, was dead on arrival Monday at Conway Memorial Hospital in Conway. She was born Dec. 15, 1976, in Mountain View. Surviving are her parents; Mr. and Mrs.

Henry C. Osburn and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Willard of Edgemont, grandparents; and Mrs. Henritta Ingram, Robert S.

Osburn, and Mrs. Gladys Brown, great-grandparents all of Edgemont. Services were Wednesday at the Parma Full Gospel Church, officiated by Rev. Lovell Carlton. Interment took place at the Smartt Cemetery, under the direction of Olm-stead Funeral Home in Heber Springs.

Douglas Sullivan, native of Rush Douglas C. Sullivan, 51, a Yellville resident and a member of the Main Street Church of Christ, died Sunday of last week at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Little Rock. He was a retired derick laborer for Standard Oil Company and a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict. Mr. Sullivan was born Sept.

29, 1925, in Rush in Marion County, to Hugh and Arkie Fletcher Sullivan. He married the former Bonnie Yarbrough, who survives him, on May 10, 1954. Other survivors are a son, Travis Sullivan of Yellville; three daughters, Mrs. Nita C. Madden and Mrs.

Kathy Sewell of Yellville, and Miss Gayle Sullivan, a student in Little Rock; his parents of Marshall; two brothers, Earl Sullivan of Marshall, and Bernard Sullivan of Bacaville, and one grandchild. Services were held Wednesday of last week at the Main Street Church of Christ, officiated by Rev. Marvin Tunnell and Rev. John R. Lyons.

Pallbearers were Monty Davenport, Joe Carl Sullivan, Ronnie, Chuck, Mike and Bill Yarbrough. Interment took place at the DeSoto Cemetery in Yellville, under the direction of Holt-Burns Funeral Home. Maggie Johnson, 96, of Norfork Mrs. Maggie L. Johnson, 96, a resident of Norfork and a member of the Church of Christ, died Sunday at the Maplewood Farms Nursing Home.

She was the daughter of the late William and Tena McCubins Sanders, born Oct. II, 1880, in Lone Rock. She married Carl G. Johnson, who preceded her in death, in 1937. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Wednesday at the Lone Rock Church of Christ, officiated by Brother Irvin Barnes. Pallbearers were Glen, Jearl, Geary, and Dale Chapman, Henry Bench and Wade Hurst. Interment took place at Burnt Schoolhouse Cemetery, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Mrs. Ruth Smith, former librarian Mrs.

Ruth Reinhold Smith, 76, a Mountain Home resident and a member of the German Lutheran Church, died Sunday at Baxter General Hospital. She was a librarian for 40 years in Evanston, 111., and she moved here from Chicago, III. in 1965. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Katherine Espinosa Reinhold, born at Gross Point, 111., May 24, 1900. Mrs.

Smith married Hubert Smith, who survives, on Jan. 26, 1952 in Chicago. Services were held Monday at the Heritage Chapel of the LaFevers Colonial Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Erhard Roth, pastor of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Interment took place Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery in Waterloo. Local arrangements were handled by LaFevers.

Henry Michalski, recently retired Henry J. Michalski, 61, a Mountain Home resident, a Catholic, and a retired wood worker, died Saturday at Baxter General Hospital. Mr. Michalski retired a month ago and moved here from Chicago, 111., with his wife. He was born March 28, 1915, in Chicago, to the late Joseph and Helen Jawkowski Michalski.

He married the former Bernace Kearney in Chicago. Survivors are his wife; a son, Joseph Michalski of Franklin Park, two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Fogarty of Monence, 111., and Mrs. Irene Valedez of Glen-dale, three sisters, Mrs. Helen Szul and Mrs.

Sophia Granger of Mountain Home, and Mrs. Irene Thurow of Wauconda, and two grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday aat St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, officiated by Rev. Rainer DeClerk.

Pallbearers were Julian Budzinski, Casimer Aleksiak, Steven Wiet, George Thurow, Adolph Kappel, and John Fogarty. Interment took place at Baxter Memorial Gardens, directed by Roller Funeral Home. Ralph Conley dies at Little Rock Ralph Foster Conley, 76, a resident of Cotter and a retired railroad conductor for the Missouri Pacific Railroad, died Friday at the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cotter and Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. He was the son of the late John William Conley and the former Maude L.

Weaver, born Feb. 10, 1901 in Norfork. A lifetime resident of Baxter County, he married the former Allie May London on May 6, 1924, at Republic, Mo. She preceded him in death on Dec. 29, 1957.

He married the former Hazel Arlene Crutch-field on Oct. 11, 1958, at Newport. She also preceded him in death, Oct. 8, 1976. Surviving are a son, Ralph D.

Conley of Perry, a daughter, Mrs. Ovida L. Johnson of Cotter; six grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Rev. Glenn Nicholson officiated services Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Cotter.

Pallbearers were Bob Huf fmaster, Rex Bayless, Roy Finley, Elmo Hurst, Gary Cranor and Robert Fielding. Interment took place at Walnut Hill Cemetery, directed by Roller Funeral Home. Anna Poynter, Gassville woman Mrs. Anna Keeter Poynter, 93, a Gassville resident, died Sunday at Baxter General Hospital. She was a member of the Gassville Baptist Church and a former member of the Gassville Rcbekahs.

The daughter of the late James Monroe Keeter and the former Theodisia Nanny, she was born in Oakland on Nov. the former Margaret James, who preceded him in death. Surviving are four sons, John Avey of Yellville, Ed Avey of Wichita, Clyde Avey of Buena Park, and Claude Avey of Sierra Vista, two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Duffey of Cowiche, and Mrs. Faye James of Center, 11 grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren.

1 Services were held Friday at Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Dale Barnett. Pallbearers were Jimmy Clayton, Gary and Marlin Crunkleton, Ronnie and Brad Avey, Troy James, and Russell Lee James. Interment took place at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, under the direction of Burns Funeral Home. Mr.

Jendraszkiewicz, Bull Shoals man Alex Jendraszkiewicz, 64, a retiree of Bull Shoals, died at the Community Hospital there on Friday. A former stationary engineer for U.S. Steel Corporation of Chicago, 111., he moved to Bull Shoals four years ago. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church of Mountain Home, the Bull Shoals Retirement Fishing Club, and Local No.

65 of the AFL-CIO in Chicago. Born July 17, 1912, at Chicago, he was the son of the late Joseph and Valerya Walkowiak Jendraszkiewicz. He and the former Wilma A. Thomison were married 40 years ago in Chicago. Survivors include his wife, of Bull Shoals; three sons, William L.

of Chicago, J. Ronald of McComb, and Michael of Oak Lawn, a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Stubenfoll of Bull Shoals; three sisters, Mrs. Josephine Grzelak, Mrs. Loretta Wieclaw and Mrs.

Eleanor Linman, all of Chicago; a brother, Robert Jendraszkiewicz of Chicago; eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A rosary service was held Sunday at the Rose Chapel of the La Fevers Funeral Home in Bull Shoals. The funeral mass was conducted Monday at St. Peter's Church by the pastor, Rev. Rainer J.

DeClerk. Interment was in Baxter Memorial Gardens, under the direction of LaFevers. Pallbearers were Ken Fiaoni, Joseph Ferguson, Steve Eastwold, Gary Stubenfoll, Kenneth Kocolowski and Benjamin Kocolowski. Gordon Dunford, died Saturday Gordon J. Dunford, 85, a resident of Mountain Home and a former laborer for the city of Waterloo Sanitation Department, died Saturday at Baxter General Hospital.

He was a member of the Local No. 1127 AFL-CIO International Hod Carrier and the Building and Common Laborer's Union. Mr. Dunford was born March 6, 1891, in Waverly, Iowa, to the late George and Lena Dunford. He attended the Vinton School for the Blind in Vinton, Iowa.

Mr. Dunford married the former Iva Vaulk in 1918. She died in 1926. He married the former Mary White in 1927, in Waterloo, Iowa. She preceded him in death in 1953.

Surviving are a son, Kenneth I. Dunford of Mountain Home; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Susaulla of Duarte, and Mrs. Betty L. Albrecht of Mountain Home; Home; three brothers, Eugene and Kenneth Shedenhelm of Ottumwa and Dale Shedenhelm of Mountain Home, and three sisters, Leona Moorehouse, Eva Rounceville and Rachel Edginton, all of Ottumwa.

Military graveside services will be conducted by members of the Mountain Home Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and Veterans of World War I Veterans. Pallbearers will be Clarence Wisowathy, William Zellmann, Frank Eastman, Frank Mytnik, Floyd Nostrant and Joe Bradford. Mac Martin, 84, former judge here Mac W. Martin, 84, a Mountain Home resident, retired lawyer and eight-year Baxter County Municipal judge, died Sunday at Boone County Hospital. A lifetime resident of Baxter County, he was a member of the Methodist Church, Arkansas Bar Association, and Baxter and Marion County Bar Association.

He was born Nov. 17, 1892, in Mount Ida to the late Warren and Mary Ann Martin. He married the former Elizabeth Bernhardt Lutz on March 26, 1941. Surviving are his wife of the home; one son, Mac Odell; two daughters, Mrs. Joe Bill Hackler of Rogers, and Mrs.

Christine Curry of St. Louis, two step-sons, Jerome K. Lutz of St. Louis, and Erney J. Lutz of Iran; two stepdaughters, Mrs.

Dorothy K. Rogers of San Francisco, and Mrs. Darline E. Wallace of Pueblo, 13 grandchildren; and 10 greatgrandchildren. Services were held Tuesday at the Roller Chapel, officiated by Rev.

Norman Carter. Pallbearers were Roy Danuser, George Dilts, J. W. Harkleroad, Sam Howder-shelt, Lloyd Fisk, and Jeff Hackler. Interment took place at the Mountain Home Cemetery, under the direction of Roller Funeral home.

Robert Williams, 87, IC retiree Robert W.Williams, 87, a 24-year Cotter resident and an Illinois Central Railroad retiree, died Friday at Boone County Hospital. A member of the Methodist Church, he was born May 21, 1898, in Iowa, to the late Robert P. and Wilamica Burgar Williams. He married the former Mary F. Michalsi Sept.

3, 1963, in Mountain Home. Surviving are his wife of the home; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ruth Nossem and Mrs. Rose Madderam of Chicago, and two grandchildren. Services were held Monday at Roller Chapel, officiated by Rev.

Bennie Harmon. Pallbearers were Holland Crawford, Amos Standeford, Charles Ferrel, Rex Bayless Frank Ortman and Roy Finley. Interment took place at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Cotter, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Tom Avey, 88, Yellville man Tom Avey, 88, of Yellville, a life-time Marion County resident, died Thursday, at Marion County Hospital. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church.

Mr. Avey was born Dec. 9, 1888, in Yellville, to the late John Henry Avey and the former Fannie Linscott. He was married July 12, 1914, to Nellie Burnes funeral today Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday (today), in Burns Chapel, for Mrs. Nellie G.

Burnes of Yellville, 79, a retired teacher and housewife, who died at her residence, Monday. She helped with the operation of Burns Funeral Home, which is owned by her husband, Hal Burnes. Pallbearers will be Donald Joe Adams, John C. Adams, Dan Duren, Mark Duren, Glen Duren, and Arthur Morris. Services will be officiated by Rev.

Dale Barnett and Rev. Chris Cooper. Interment will take place at Layton Cemetery, under the direction of Holt-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville. Mrs. Burnes was born Feb.

24, 1898, in Yellville, to the late John Q. Adams and the former Nancy E. Keeter. She married Hal Burnes Nov. 17, 1917, and is a lifetime resident of Marion County.

Surviving are her husband of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Duren of Yellville, and Mrs. Kathlyn Beesley of Lompoc, two brothers, Elmer Adams of Harrison, and Walter Adams of Carthage, one sister, Mrs. Ora Willingham of Yellville; eight grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildren. Paul Schuler rites tomorrow Funeral service will be held Friday (tomorrow) at 2 p.m., at the Roller Chapel for Paul James Schuler, 68, a 25-year Mountain Home resident who died Wednesday at Baxter General Hospital.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church and a peacetime Navy veteran. Interment will take place at Baxter Memorial Gardens, directed by Roller Funeral Home, Rev. Opie Hargrave will officiate the services. Mr. Schuler was born July 4, 1908, in Morrison, 111., to the late Frank William Schuler and the former Anna Hammer.

Surviving are one son, Robert D. Jeffrey of Mountain Home; three daughters, Mrs. Sue Ann Richardson of Elizabeth, and Mrs. Brenda Kay Martin and Mrs. Paula Jean Blumthal of Mountain Home; one sister, Mrs.

Ruth West of Sun City, and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be at Roller Funeral Home from 2-9 p.m., Thursday, (today). Mr. Shedenhelm funeral Saturday Services for Clifford Harley Shedenhelm, 62, of Mountain Home, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Roller Chapel.

Seth Dickerson of the Mountain Home congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses will officiate, and interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery, under the direction of the Roller Funeral Home. Mr. Shedenhelm, a retired farmer who moved here two months ago from Ottumwa, died Tuesday at Baxter General Hospital. A Presbyterian and World War II veteran, he was born at Ottumwa Dec. 19, 1914, the son of the late Melvin and Bertha Chenney Shedenhelm.

He and the former Velma Sisney were married here Nov. 26 of last year. Survivors include his wife, of Mountain Home; five sons, Bob, Ronald, Stanley and Steven Shedenhelm, all of California, and Daniel Shedenhelm of Des Moines, three daughters, Joane, Kerron and Sherald, all of Ottumwa; two stepsons, Edward Sisney of Tongonoxie, and Tommy Sisney of Mountain Home; three stepdaughters, Mary Sisney of Tongonoxie, Connie and Donna Sisney of Mountain if 1 fJ. i I rH Our spacious lobby, featuring the native stone fireplace was desiped and constructed "to sewe you CARD OF THANKS My family and I wish to say "Thank You" to all the wonderful people who helped us in so many ways after the sudden death of my father, Bert Lance.
